Chief Justice Sharma stresses bar-bench cooperation for effective justice

Damauli: Chief Justice Dr Manoj Kumar Sharma has stressed the crucial role of cooperation between the bar and bench in ensuring effective justice delivery.

Speaking at a programme organised by the Tanahun District Court Bar today, Chief Justice Sharma said effective and people-friendly justice could be ensured only through coordination and cooperation among all stakeholders.

He said justice delivery was a shared responsibility and called for active participation from all concerned sides.

The Chief Justice also stressed the need to make the justice system more effective to maintain public trust in the judiciary.
