Tanahun registers 670 new business firms in last FY

Tanahun: A total of 670 new business firms and enterprises were registered in Tanahun district in the last fiscal year.

According to the Integrated Service Office, 243 enterprises and 327 business firms were registered in the fiscal year 2082/83 BS.

The district witnessed a surge in new business firms and enterprises last year compared to the previous fiscal year.

A total of 94 more new business firms and enterprises were registered in 2082/83 BS than in 2081/82 BS.

The newly registered businesses and enterprises are from the trading, production and service sectors, said Office Chief Ishwari Prasad Regmi.

Likewise, registration of 484 businesses was scrapped in the last fiscal.

The Office has so far renewed 3,477 industries and business firms in the district. RSS
