Three Parliamentary Committees to Convene Today

Kathmandu, July 27: Three committees of the Federal Parliament are scheduled to hold separate meetings today to discuss issues related to education, governance, and public policy.

According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, the Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, and the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will meet at different times during the day.

The Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will meet at 2:00 pm to review the implementation status of the National Medical Education Act, 2075.

The Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee is set to meet at 11:00 am to deliberate on the committee’s Annual Action Plan for the Fiscal Year 2083/84.

Likewise, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will convene at 11:30 am to discuss matters concerning the office-bearers of the Central Department of History at Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur.
