Spain Beat France 2-0 to Reach FIFA World Cup 2026 Final

Kathmandu, July 15: Spain booked their place in the FIFA World Cup 2026 final after defeating France 2-0 in the first semifinal at Dallas Stadium in Texas, USA.

Spain took the lead in the 22nd minute when Mikel Oyarzabal converted a penalty after France defender Lucas Digne fouled Lamine Yamal inside the box.

Pedro Porro doubled Spain’s advantage in the 58th minute, sealing a comfortable victory for the Spanish side. France were unable to find the net despite several attempts, as Spain maintained control throughout the match to secure their place in the final.

With the win, Spain advance to the World Cup final, where they will face the winner of the second semifinal between England and Argentina. The championship match is scheduled to be played on Sunday at New York New Jersey Stadium.
