Sapkota Unanimously Elected RSP Surkhet District Chief

Ramesh Kumar Sapkota has been unanimously elected as the district president of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) in Surkhet.

The decision was made during the party’s first district convention held in Birendranagar on Sunday. Sapkota, who is also a member of the House of Representatives from Surkhet-2, was re-elected to the post without contest.

He had previously been serving as the district president of the party in Surkhet.

According to Sapkota, while the district chair was elected unopposed, the selection of other office-bearers and members of the district executive committee will be finalised through a meeting of the Election Committee. The district working committee will comprise 13 members.
