MoU for promoting handicrafts

Kathmandu: The Nepal Handicrafts Federation and the Himalayan Everest Insurance Company Ltd have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the promotion of the handicraft sector.

Federation’s Director General, Uttam Prasad Sapkota, informed that the MoU was made in a bid to foster mutual cooperation and collaboration for bolstering handicraft enterprises.

As per the agreement, the Federation would promote the Insurance Company as a partner throughout the year, while the Insurance Company reciprocates with financial assistance under its corporate social responsibility.

Federation’s Director General Devkota and Chief Executive Officer at Insurance Company, Anju Shrestha, signed the MoU from their respective sides. RSS
