Diesel, Kerosene Prices Cut; Petrol Becomes Costlier

Kathmandu, Dec 15

Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has lowered the prices of diesel and kerosene by Rs 4 per litre, effective from midnight today. At the same time, the price of petrol has been increased by Rs 2 per litre.

Following the revision, diesel and kerosene prices have been set at Rs 139.50 per litre in the first-grade region, Rs 141 in the second-grade region, and Rs 142 in the third-grade region. Petrol prices now stand at Rs 160.50, Rs 162, and Rs 163 per litre in the first, second, and third-grade regions respectively.

According to the Corporation, the prices of aviation fuel and cooking gas remain unchanged.
