Addressing the 11th National Congress people mobilization assembly of the UML Valley special province committee organised here Thursday, General Secretary Pokhrel argued only experienced and acceptable leadership can tackle the challenges facing the country and party at the same time.

“Those willing to take leadership of the party can compete again after building a favourable situation by coping with the existing challenges,” he opined. The UML General-Secretary, however, clarified that the competition is open for those friends who are interested for it.

The upper rung of the party is facing more problems than the lower-level leaders and cadres in the party, according to him. In his view, the policies set by the party have effective clear concept to deal with the challenges.

Similarly, In-Charge of the Valley Province Committee, Sujita Shakya, shared that the incumbent leadership would be reinforced while Committee Chair Prem Parajuli said all should engage in making the upcoming National Congress successful.
