Performance Agreement signed between Communications Ministry and PSB Nepal
Kathmandu: A performance agreement has been signed between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Public Service Broadcasting PSB Nepal today.
During a program at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology today, Ministry Secretary Radhika Aryal and Executive Chairman of Public Service Broadcasting Nepal Dr. Mahendra Bista signed a performance agreement regarding the major works to be performed by the Public Service Broadcasting Nepal and the achievements targeted within the current fiscal year.
On the occasion, Minister for Communications and Information Technology Prithvi Subba Gurung urged PSB Nepal to complete the targeted tasks on time and achieve excellent results in the annual target.
Minister Gurung emphasized on determining results by working with a specific plan and common goals as per the performance agreement.
Similarly, Ministry Secretary Radhika Aryal also suggested prioritizing the tasks specified in the agreement and moving forward with other projects that will benefit the institution.
Public Service Broadcasting Nepal PSB Chairman Dr. Mahendra Bista said that work in line with the goals has begun with the launch of NTV World and expressed his commitment to move forward with result-oriented work at the administrative, technological and content levels.
The ministry has entered into performance agreements with its subordinate bodies to ensure successful performance in achieving the annual targets set for the current fiscal year.
