Let’s build national confidence for development: PM Oli
Kathmandu, Aug 11: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said national confidence is built upon the confidence shown by individuals.
Confidence at the individual level can be elevated and reinforced to the national level, he added. PM Oli made such a remark during a programme organised by the Onlinekhabar.com to confer awards on 40 persons under 40 years in the federal capital on Monday. PM Oli, however, said that besides confidence, talent and diligence are equally significant.
Such characteristics feature a quality life and forward development endeavours, he reminded. “The youths need to identify and explore their interest and potential. Perseverance is essential to achieve success,” he said, adding that any innovation happened in the world happened in one’s youth. Excellence is institutionalised later.
Moreover, the PM said the time has come for Nepal to forward efforts for prosperity. There are no reasons at all for Nepal, rich in nature and knowledge, to remain backwards. So building self-confidence helps us advance, he asserted. The Head of the Government congratulated 40 persons under 40 years who have excelled in various sectors.
Oli urged the youths not to brew arrogance but cooperation.
