Unity of communist parties needed: Senior Leader Nepal

Kathmandu, Aug 3: Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that polarisation among the leftist forces was the need of the time to streamline Nepal’s communist movement.
Addressing a programme organised by the party’s central election commission on Sunday, the former Prime Minister said the unity of the like-minded communist parties was required to lead the country and people towards a progressive path.
On the occasion, he shared that efforts were ongoing for the unity among the ideologically similar communist parties. He also voiced for ending corruption, poverty and unemployment in the country to promote good governance.
