PM Oli inspects drought-hit areas in Madhes Province

Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has inspected drought-affected areas in Madhesh Province during his visit to Mahottari and Bara.

During the visit, the Prime Minister observed the impact of the prolonged drought on agriculture and daily life.

The government has already declared all eight districts of Madhesh Province as disaster-affected for a period of three months, following severe disruptions caused by the ongoing dry spell.
