ACC U-16 East Zone: Nepal scores record 420 runs against Indonesia
Kathmandu: Nepal under-16 cricket team has delivered a record-breaking performance in the ACC U-16 East Zone Championship in Malaysia, scoring a massive 420 runs against Indonesia.
Batting first after losing the toss, Nepal posted 420 runs losing 5 wickets in 50 overs which is Nepal’s highest total at this level.
Opener Prashiddha Jaisi led the charge with a superb 132 runs off 114 balls.
Indonesia is now chasing a daunting target of 421 runs. Nepal’s strong batting display puts them in a commanding position as they eye to defend the tournament title.
