Pakistan Embassy awards scholarships to 195 Nepali students

June 26, Kathmandu: The 13th Ambassador of Pakistan Annual Scholarship Award Ceremony took place in Kathmandu ob Thursday offering scholarships to 195 deserving Nepali students from 102 schools across the country.

Ek Nath Dhakal, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Nepal Pariwar Dal, distributed the scholarship awards to the students as the chief guest of the event. 

MP Dhakal praised Pakistan’s ongoing support in education, highlighting the strong ties between the two nations. He expressed hope for deeper bilateral cooperation in various sectors.

Ambassador Abrar H Hashmi reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to the scholarship program and expanding educational cooperation, including support for higher secondary students. He emphasized the importance of encouraging Nepali youth in academics, sports, and social activities as a key aspect of bilateral relations.
