Top leaders of three political parties review progress on transitional justice
Kathmandu: Top leaders of the three major political parties reviewed the ongoing work related to transitional justice today.
After the meeting, CPN-UML leader and former minister Agni Kharel said everyone is optimistic that the commissions formed for transitional justice have begun their work and that positive results will emerge from them.
The meeting was held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Singha Durbar
Leader Kharel informed that during the meeting, the top leaders discussed the work being carried out by the commission formed for transitional justice and the issues addressed in the recent budget.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, along with top leaders of the three parties.
