Seven people including Durga Prasain sent to judicial custody

Kathmandu: The District Court, Kathmandu, on Thursday ordered to send Durga Prasain and six others into judicial custody on the charge of inciting criminal activities in the Capital City.

A single bench of District Judge Dhruba Raj Karki made such an order in connection with Prasain and six others for their roles in the violent activities that took place at Tinkule, Kathmandu, on March 28.

Likewise, the court has ordered to release of 32 others on bail in the same case.
