Parliament holding deliberations on government’s annual policies and programmes

Kathmandu: The House of Representatives (HoR) is holding discussions on the government’s annual policy and programme for the upcoming fiscal year from today onwards.

General Secretary of the Federal Parliament Padma Prasad Pandey said that the amendment received from the lawmakers on the government’s policies and programmes for the next fiscal year will be presented and discussed in the parliament.

According to the agenda, the meeting of the House of Representatives began at 11 am today. However, discussions on the government’s policies and programmes have already begun in the National Assembly on Sunday.

The programme will also be discussed in today’s NA meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held at 1:15 pm.
