RPP leader Mishra’s, medical entrepreneur Prasain’s custody extended for seven more days
Kathmandu, April 27: The police have been permitted to continue custody of 24 persons, including RPP leader Rabindra Mishra and medical entrepreneur Durga Prasain, for seven more days.
They were arrested in connection with the violent incidents orchestrated at Tinakune, Kathmandu, on March 28.
Spokesperson of the District Police Range, Kathmandu, Superintendent Apil Raj Bohara, informed that 24 persons were extended for seven more days to continue investigation after they were produced before the Kathmandu District Court on Sunday.
The District Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu, had sought 20 days for the study and prosecution.
