Guilty of Tinkune violence will not be spared: NC President
Kathmandu, April 6: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has stated that those found guilty of the Tinkune violence must face stern legal action.
During his meeting with the bereaved family members of Suresh Rajak, a journalist who lost his life in the Tinkune violence on March 28, the NC President reiterated his stance for action against those involved in the violent activities.
“Two people, including Suresh Rajak, lost their lives in the violence. So, the perpetrators must be brought to book,” he added.
On the occasion, the bereaved family members said the absence of an investigation into the incident was making them doubtful of the actions of the guilty ones.
