47 kms blacktopped along eastern section of Narayanghat-Butwal road

March 21, Kathmandu: The construction of the Narayanghat-Butwal four-lane road has gained momentum of late.

Blacktopping has been completed in 47 kilometres out of the total 65 kilometres in the eastern section from Gaidnakot to Daunne.

According to the Narayanghat-Butwal Road Project (eastern section) Office, the project has made 58.7 per cent of physical progress so far.

Currently, the road along the Devchuli Municipality is being blacktopped in a war footing manner after completing 16 kilometres of blacktop in the Gaindakot area.
