Additional two accused caught on Rinku Sada’s death case

Siraha: Police arrested two more persons in connection with the death of 17-year-old Rinku Kumari Sada of Nawarajpur rural municipality-1, Bhagawatipur in Siraha district.

The arrestees have been identified as Kari Sada, 55, and Ramdev Sada, 66. They were arrested on March 9, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Birendra Kumar Paswan, also the spokesperson of the District Police Office.

According to him, they were being investigated with a remand order from the Siraha District Court. With this, the number of people arrested in the incident has reached 10 so far.

Eight people, including the main accused Rupesh Mandal and ward member Nathuni Sah, were arrested.

Sada was gang-raped when she went out to defecate on last February 9 night. An attempt was made to settle the incident in the village by holding a meeting on February 11 and 12. Rinku was found hanging in her house on February 9 evening.
