Good governance, development, and peace are Nepali aspirations: President Ram Chandra Poudel

Kathmandu, January 14: President Ram Chandra Paudel has called on everyone to unite and address the country’s existing challenges.

Speaking at a tea reception organized at the President’s Office on the occasion of Maghi, he emphasized that good governance, development, and peace are the aspirations of the Nepali people.

President Paudel stated that the primary goal of Nepal’s constitution and the federal democratic republican system is to ensure good governance, development, and peace.

He expressed confidence that festivals celebrated by various communities, such as Maghi, foster mutual love, harmony, and reconciliation among Nepalis while strengthening national unity.

The event was attended by Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Speaker Devraj Ghimire, National Assembly Chairperson Narayan Prasad Dahal, and members of parliament.
