Govt committed to meet basic needs of Dolpa residents: Minister Yadav

Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) Dolpa, Nov 30: Minister for Drinking Water Pradeep Yadav said that the government was committed to fulfilling the basic needs of every citizen of Dolpa.

Inaugurating the drinking water and sanitation project today at Ekholi in Thulobheri Municipality of the district, Minister Yadav said that the government was always ready and determined to fulfill every need of the local citizens.

“The government is determined to fulfill the basic needs of locals, adding that drinking water schemes will bring a positive change in the living standards of the people of other remote areas of Nepal, including Dolpa,” Minister Yadav noted.

He expressed confidence that the drinking water project inaugurated today will prove to be an important milestone in ensuring access to clean drinking water. He said laudable achievements were made possible in the water supply project in Dolpa district with the cooperation and support of locals.

Similarly, Minister Yadav today announced the operation of a rural water supply service support center in Thulibheri Municipality-7 Jufal.

It was established in coordination with the Ministry of Water Supply in Thuliberi Municipality of Dolpa. —RSS
