President Deuba expresses sorrow over Saurya airplane crash
Kathmandu: Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed grief over the tragic incident of an aircraft with call sign 9N AME (CRJ 7) of Saurya Airlines at Tribhuvan International Airport this morning.
Issuing a condolence message today on behalf of President Deuba, NC Party Office Chief Krishna Prasad Poudel expressed sorrow over the Saurya aircraft crash. A total of 18 employees and technicians of Saurya Airlines were killed while the pilot was critically injured in the incident.
Extending heartfelt tributes to those killed in the plane crash, President Deuba, on behalf of the party and his own, wished for the eternal peace of the departed soul and extended condolences to the bereaved families.
