Minister for Industry Damodar Bhandari initiates collecting opinions
Kathmandu, 20th July:
Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supply Damodar Bhandari has started a 10-day campaign to collect opinions and suggestions from various related parties to formulate an action plan to reform the ministry.
According to Minister Bhandari’s secretariat, the interaction regarding the preparation of the action plan for the improvement of the industry, commerce and supply sector will start from tomorrow in the ministry itself.
The secretariat informed that reformation of action plans, law and policy revision, development and promotion of startups, industrial promotion, investment promotion, technology transfer and skill development will be discussed.
The Secretariat also informed that private sector organizations, representatives of various ministries including the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, National Planning Commission, policy research institutes, media persons of the economic sector, and representatives related to direct sales will participate in the interaction.
