32nd relay broadcast of Radio Nepal starts from Baganas in Palpa
Palpa: Radio Nepal has set up an FM relay station from Baganas Danda of Baganaskali Rural Municipality-9 of Palpa and started broadcasting from today.

Surendra Prasad Yadav, Head of Radio Nepal Regional Broadcasting Center Pokhara, said that Radio Nepal started broadcasting by installing a 500 watt FM transmitter from Baganas.
In collaboration with Nepal Television, FM relay broadcasting has been started using towers, buildings and other physical structures.

Buddhi Bahadur KC, Executive Director of Radio Nepal, informed that Radio Nepal, which aims to reach all parts of the country, has established an FM station in Baganas of Palpa as the 32nd relay station.

Now, Radio Nepal can be listened clearly in Palpa and Syangja districts as well as in some areas of Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, Baglung, Parbat, Nawalparasi and Rupandehi through this relay broadcast via FM band 103 MHz.
A team was deployed under the leadership of Surendra Prasad Yadav, Deputy Director of Radio Nepal and Head of Regional Broadcasting Center Pokhara, for the installation of the FM relay station.

Senior technical officer Jagadish Sharma, senior technical assistants Gobinda Pathak, Topraj Puri, Bir Bahadur Thapa and Palpa district correspondent Bishnu Khanal were involved in the process.
