The Ministry argued that the officials of N-PABSAN were found acting against the organisation&#8217;s statute and objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Regarding this issue, the Ministry had, on October 9, sat for discussions with the concerned stakeholders, urging that the educational organisation should be in accordance with the Act and the directives issued by the Ministry on November 28, 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the letter, the Ministry stated that its request was not implemented, prompting it to take such action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the government&#8217;s move, any activities to be carried out under the banner of N-PABSAN, whether by any groups or factions, shall be considered illegal and will be subject to further action under prevailing laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is noted that following the internal disputes, two parallel committees led respectively by Subas Neupane and Gita Rana Chhetri had been operating in the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RSS<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: The government has decided to suspend the activities of the National Private and Boarding Schools&#8217; Association (N-PASAN) until further notice, citing its repeated failure to comply with the government directives.
