{"id":437700,"date":"2026-10-13T07:24:12","date_gmt":"2026-10-13T01:39:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=437700"},"modified":"2026-10-13T07:24:13","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T01:39:13","slug":"road-repairs-intensified-in-chitwan-and-surrounding-areas-ahead-of-festivals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2026\/10\/13\/437700.html","title":{"rendered":"Road Repairs Intensified in Chitwan and Surrounding Areas Ahead of Festivals"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Narayangadh, October 13:<\/strong> The Road Division Office, Bharatpur, has intensified repair and maintenance of national highways and rural roads ahead of the upcoming festivals, aiming to ensure safer and smoother travel amid increased vehicular movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roads damaged by floods, landslides and continuous rainfall are being repaired to facilitate the movement of passengers and goods during the festive season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krishna Prasad Acharya, information officer at the office, said maintenance work had been accelerated this year to improve road conditions and minimise travel difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Acharya, regular maintenance is being carried out along the Narayangadh\u2013Muglin, Narayangadh\u2013Lothar, Bharatpur\u2013Madi, Bharatpur\u2013Meghauli and Nawalpur\u2013Kaligandaki road sections.
