Kathmandu, Oct 9: The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers (OPMCM) has unveiled details on the work progress of the past week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The progress details were unveiled amidst a regular press meet here on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to OPMCM spokesperson and joint secretary Hemraj Aryal, a draft of the ‘National Express Investment System (Operation and Management) Procedure, 2083’ was being formulated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The procedure aims to provide official information, procedures, necessary approvals, documentation, fee structures, timelines, and details of responsible agencies regarding investment from a one-stop service centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Similarly, the committee, formed to facilitate implementation of the agreement reached between the federal government and representatives of the Gen-Z movement on December 10, 2025, has dispatched its decisions to the relevant ministries for implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The list includes the government’s efforts to digitalise investment services, improve coordination among federal, provincial, and local governments, modernise public-sector IT infrastructure, strengthen administrative efficiency, promote sanitation, and advance anti-corruption measures.
