The bill has been registered as Bill No. 35.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cabinet had approved the proposal to present the bill in Parliament at its meeting on September 29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The proposed legislation seeks to amend and integrate existing laws related to the federal civil service and provide a comprehensive legal framework for the operation of the bureaucracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the government, the bill aims to make the civil service more professional, capable, accountable and people-oriented, while reducing political influence over the bureaucracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also envisions a civil service committed to national interests and the federal democratic republic, with greater emphasis on good governance and effective public service delivery.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: The government has registered the Federal Civil Service Bill, 2083 at the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
