He emphasized that the youths should be developed as skilled, productive and employment creators, not only jobseekers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a situation where youths have to go for overseas employment due to lack of adequate coordination between the demand of internal labour market and skill of available human resources, he underlined. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fair was inaugurated under the chairmanship of Minister for Youths, Labour and Employment, Ramji Yadav. Cultural performances\u2014Tharu dance and Naumati musical instrument were presented in the programme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special panel discussion titled &#8216;Today&#8217;s Youth, Tomorrow&#8217;s Entrepreneur SAARC Dialogue&#8217; would be held with an objective of attracting youths towards entrepreneurship. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main goal of the fair is to establish direct contact of employers and training providers by identifying youths skill.
