Presenting the bill, Minister Mehta shared that efforts are underway to make laws related to mother&#8217;s milk substitutes timely and in accordance with federal laws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, taking part in the discussion on the principal of the proposal presented seeking consideration on the bill, lawmaker Shova Khanal praised the laws saying some amendment are being made after three decades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, lawmaker Janak Singh Dhami opined that the bill is timely and practical while lawmaker Samina Miya stressed the need of keeping mother&#8217;s milk in priority as it is the matter linked with newly born and mother&#8217;s health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likewise, lawmaker Balabati Sharma stressed the need of bringing an item replacing mother&#8217;s milk protecting mother and infant health.
