The province has been receiving continuous rains since September 25. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to chief of Office, engineer Sanjay Kumar Shah, the low-pressure system has started to weaken since this afternoon. He said, however, that alertness is still needed. He added that there is a possibility of heavy rain at one or two places in the Terai region this afternoon, while moderate rainfall is likely across the province from tonight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The weather is expected to be generally cloudy across the province&#8217;s mountainous, hilly and Terai regions this afternoon, with the likelihood of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in many areas, and heavy rain at one or two places. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From tonight, generally cloudy conditions are expected across the mountainous, hilly and Terai regions, with a possibility of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some areas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By next Wednesday, most areas are expected to have partly cloudy conditions, with a chance of moderate rain in some places.
