Kathmandu, Sept 22:<\/strong> The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has been scheduled for 1 PM today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the Federal Parliament Secretariat, Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle will table a proposal seeking consideration of the \u2018Citizen Investment Trust (Third Amendment) Bill, 2083\u2019 at the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, four parliamentary committees are also scheduled to meet today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Finance Committee will discuss the principles of the bill aimed at amending and repealing certain provisions of Nepal\u2019s financial laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Education, Health and Information Technology Committee will discuss the draft report on the \u2018National Forensics Laboratory (Establishment and Operation) Bill, 2081\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Development, Economic Affairs and Good Governance Committee, whose meeting is scheduled to begin at 11:15am, will discuss issues related to foreign and domestic investment, the impacts of climate change, and the management of investment conferences organised at the federal and provincial levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The committee will also discuss legal and policy reforms needed to promote investment in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Similarly, the Public Policy and Delegated Legislation Committee will discuss the draft Library Policy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Kathmandu, Sept 22: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has been scheduled for 1 PM today.
