Kathmandu, Sept. 16:<\/strong> US Charg\u00e9 d\u2019Affaires to Nepal Megan Boldin paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Balendra Shah on Wednesday, discussing climate-related disasters, tourism, investment and US support for Nepal\u2019s post-flood recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the meeting at the Office of the Prime Minister in Singha Durbar, Prime Minister Shah stressed the need for stronger international cooperation and collective efforts to reduce climate-induced disasters and address their impacts, according to his Press and Research Expert Dipa Dahal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shah also highlighted Nepal\u2019s tourism potential and opportunities for mutual benefit through the development of the sector. He urged the US government to encourage greater American investment in Nepal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Prime Minister thanked the United States for its support to Nepal following the devastating Bhotekoshi floods.
