Gandaki: The Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Surendra Raj Pandey, has reshuffled the province’s council of ministers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Chief Minister took the decision after the ruling partner CPN (UML) quit the Pandey-led government in the province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Minister Pandey himself would take the responsibility of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management; the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperative; the Ministry of Industry and Tourism; and the Ministry of Health after the resignation of the ministers of the UML on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nanda Prasad Neupane is given the responsibility of the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources, and Drinking Water, while Jit Bahadur Sherchan will lead the Ministry of Economic Affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Likewise, Rekha Gurung is assigned the responsibility to lead the Ministry of Social Development, Youth and Sports, and Namdu Gurung is the Minister for Forest and Environment.
