Speaker Aryal expressed the view that the language of law should be simple, clear and easy for citizens to understand and use in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that legal provisions should ensure respect and protection of fundamental rights, freedoms and human rights of every individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said that the implementation of the Civil Code, Criminal Code and other codes was a significant achievement in the legal history of Nepal, adding that the codes have laid the foundation for further strengthening the justice system by making Nepal&#8217;s civil and criminal laws timely, organised and modern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RSS<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dol Prasad Aryal, has said that laws should be made to reflect the time, technology and social needs.
