The government has been suggested to take necessary measures to ensure a transparent, accountable and service-friendly judiciary which keeps in account the spirit of an independent judiciary, principles of separation of powers and values of good governance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Committee meeting also decided to discuss further on this topic. The Committee further instructed the government to make the project agreements of the Ministry and the Social Welfare Council made with non-government organisations in line with the Social Welfare Council Act, 2049; Social Welfare Regulation, 2049, and the existing laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular inspection, evaluation and monitoring are imperative on the projects run by the I\/NGOs on whether these are enforced in line with set objectives in the agreements.
