The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) led by Minister Shisir Khanal advanced these goals by launching the \u2018MoFA Mitra\u2019 app for citizens abroad and expanding online consular services to 537 local levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key diplomatic achievements included resolving a major police clearance certificate issue for 2,000 Nepalis in Portugal, and coordinating the rescue of 819 online scam victims from Southeast Asia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, continuous diplomacy secured amnesties for 128 Nepalis in the UAE and 33 in Saudi Arabia, while administrative talks facilitated tea exports to India.
