Several places in the Kathmandu Valley had heavy rains- 42.8 mm at Sundarjijal, 35 mm each at Kapan and Babarmahal and 15 mm at Budhanilakantha. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Kathmandu streets were waterlogged following the rainfall, causing huge inconvenience to the vehicles and commuters alike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traffic police had to be mobilised to ease vehicular movement disrupted by the inundated roads with heavy rains, according to the central spokesperson of the Nepal Police, Avi Narayan Kafle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was, however, a moderate rainfall in Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts, according to the information officer at the Department, Dinkar Kayastha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RSS<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu: Several districts, including Kathmandu, recorded heavy rainfall on Thursday.
