He expressed gratitude for Russia\u2019s foundational support since the Soviet era in infrastructure, human resources, and tourism, noting his optimism that rising cultural and people-to-people exchanges will continue to strengthen their friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"p-rc_06ffde0e8cb367d6-37\">Ambassador Surovtsev reaffirmed Moscow\u2019s commitment to bolstering ties and expressed strong interest in expanding cooperation across hydropower, agriculture, medicine, and physical infrastructure.
