Kaski District&#8217;s Court registrar Rajan Khanal confirmed such amendments in the case. According to Khanal, following the court&#8217;s order, Lamichhane and others will no longer face charges related to the organised crme, money laundering and offences under the Nepal Rastra Bank Act.
