Copyrights, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs, among others, are recognised as forms of intellectual heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Experts view that the conservation of intellectual property has become increasingly challenging in the digital era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unauthorised use, duplication, and digital theft must be addressed through effective laws, proper implementation, and increased public awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Nepal as well, concerned stakeholders have highlighted the need for legal and policy reforms related to intellectual properties.
