Dangol shared that the decision was made to avert potential problems that could arise from fuel shortage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acting Mayor Dangol said, \u201cThere is a worldwide shortage of fuel at present. If vehicles are operated as usual, even the fuel required for essential work and services may not be available. To address such a situation, it is indispensable to reduce fuel consumption. The carpooling initiative is thus implemented to avoid potential fuel-related issues.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the &#8216;carpooling&#8217; initiative, groups of officials coming from the same area have been formed based on their residential locations.
