{"id":428201,"date":"2026-04-15T14:13:59","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:28:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=428201"},"modified":"2026-04-15T14:16:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-15T08:31:09","slug":"new-work-culture-in-practice-at-ministry-of-communications-and-information-technology","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2026\/04\/15\/428201.html","title":{"rendered":"New work culture in practice at Ministry of Communication and Information Technology"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"headline\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kathmandu: <\/strong>The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has implemented a new code of conduct with the aim of making service delivery more effective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the new arrangement applied to all employees working in the ministry and its subordinate bodies, any work that comes to an employee&#8217;s desk or system must be completed on the same day, or if not possible on that day, it must be compulsorily completed the next day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministry&#8217;s Joint Secretary Subas Chandra Shivakoti said this arrangement will hold employees accountable to complete the assigned responsibilities promptly and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the work cannot be completed within the time specified according to the new policy, the concerned employee must immediately inform their supervisor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The head of the office has been made responsible to ensure this provision by having all employees sign a commitment letter to make this arrangement effective.
