{"id":427991,"date":"2026-04-11T13:06:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-11T07:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=427991"},"modified":"2026-04-11T13:06:36","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T07:21:36","slug":"government-launches-zero-pending-files-campaign-to-speed-up-decision-making","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2026\/04\/11\/427991.html","title":{"rendered":"Government launches \u2018Zero Pending Files\u2019 campaign to speed up decision-making"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Kathmandu: <\/strong>The government has announced a week-long \u2018Zero Pending Files\u2019 campaign from  April 13-20 aimed at clearing backlogs in public offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has directed all government agencies to speed up decision-making and reduce delays at different levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The campaign is intended to ensure timely decisions, assign clear responsibility, and improve service delivery by discouraging unnecessary file delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offices have been instructed to monitor files daily, including their status, responsible officials, and duration of pending.
