The association proposed reducing overall tax burdens, simplifying the tax structure, and facilitating vehicle purchases through a hire-purchase system with 80% loan and 20% down payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NAIMA highlighted that inconsistent post-clearance audits create business uncertainty and called for transparent procedures. Other recommendations included customs facilitation, testing infrastructure, review of the Transport Act, digital integration, road safety, pollution control, promotion of assembly under the \u201cMake in Nepal\u201d initiative, and long-term policy stability.
