{"id":427096,"date":"2026-03-26T12:58:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T07:13:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/?p=427096"},"modified":"2026-03-26T12:58:32","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T07:13:32","slug":"nba-shows-exception-to-probe-commissions-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radionepalonline.com\/en\/2026\/03\/26\/427096.html","title":{"rendered":"NBA shows exception to probe commission&#8217;s report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Kathmandu:<\/strong> Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has expressed reservation to the report of the Probe Commission-2082 formed to investigate the incidents occurred during the Gen Z Protest on last September 28-29.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noting that the probe report has mentioned the matters related to the judiciary going beyond the given scope of work in a condemnable manner, the NBA has called for advisory committee meeting for 1.30 pm today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The report has come in a way that could negatively affect the judiciary and legal practitioners. We have reservation to the report. It would be seriously discussed among the law practitioners,&#8221; NBA general secretary Kedar Prasad Koirala told RSS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report mentions issues such as eliminating anomalies including lawyers&#8217; exorbitant fees, and preventing justice from becoming a lawyer&#8217;s paradise to make justice accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ordinary people do not have access to justice; it is said that Nepali citizens are not in a position to easily access justice. For those having no money and access, justice has become a far cry.
