I also appeal to you to use your conscience while doing so.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VP acknowledged the crucial contributions of the Election Commission, security agencies, election staffers, media persons and observers working tirelessly to ensure that the election is held in a free, fair, fearless and credible manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highlighting the importance of the Election Code of Conduct, he called on the voters to abide by the code of conduct while taking part in the voting process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stating that the elections are the major foundation for the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, he encouraged citizens to participate in the democratic practice of choosing representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Exercising the franchise granted by the Constitution is not only a right but also a duty to build the future of the nation and its people.
