He emphasised mutual learning and cooperation, reaffirming China\u2019s commitment to advancing bilateral agreements for shared development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Anil Kumar Sinha also addressed the gathering, stating that such cultural exchanges further strengthen long-standing relations between the two countries. He highlighted cooperation in development and connectivity initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City Chiribabu Maharjan expressed happiness that the festival was hosted at the historic site, a UNESCO World Heritage area.
